How it works

TechEscrow is built around one idea: the seller is paid only after the buyer has had a fair chance to test the part.

For buyers

1. Find a part and start a chat. You can negotiate, or use Buy Now at the asking price. Both happen in a chat with the seller.
2. Pick your courier. You choose between cheapest, fastest or best value, with insurance (required for items of ₹10,000 and above).
3. Pay through the secure link. Your money is held by our licensed payment partner.
4. Film the unboxing, then test. After delivery you have 48 hours. One-time extension of 24 hours if you need it.
5. Confirm or report. Confirm Works releases the payment. If something is wrong, report it with your unboxing video and we review within 48 hours (up to 5 working days).

For sellers

1. Verify once. PAN and a bank account in your own name.
2. List with proof. A serial-number photo, a screenshot showing the part works, and a note with your username and the date.
3. Pack and hand over. The courier collects from your door. Photograph the packed parcel first.
4. Get paid. When the buyer confirms (or the 48 hours end without a problem), your payout is sent minus a 5% commission.

What it costs

• Buyers: a 3% Buyer Protection Fee, plus shipping and insurance.
• Sellers: a 5% commission, deducted from the payout.
• 18% GST applies to these two service fees only. Used parts are sold person-to-person.
